To ensure your order arrives just as expected, please take a moment to inspect your items upon delivery while the courier is present, before accepting your order.

Refunds

Partial order acceptance is not available. Refunds are only available on the spot with the courier. You may either accept the entire order or return the entire order, with the delivery fees paid by the customer on spot.

Delivery Time 

Orders usually take 5-8 working days to be delivered excluding Fridays, Saturdays and official holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Our Sale Policy

No exchange or refund on sale items. 

During sale periods, scarves will be delivered without a box. If you’d like to add a box, you can select the extra packaging option in the checkout cart.

سياسة الاستبدال و الاسترجاع: لأننا نحرص دائما علي رضاكم, نرجو منكم التأكد من القطع و فحصهم بعناية عند الاستلام في تواجد المندوب، وقبل قبول الاوردر.

الاسترجاع

شركة الشحن لا تسمح بالاستلام الجزئي و الاسترجاع متاح فقط عند وجود المندوب. يمكنك إما استلام الطلب بالكامل أو استرجاعه بالكامل مع دفع مصاريف الشحن.

مدة التوصيل

التوصيل خلال ٥-٨  أيام عمل، غير يومي الجمعة و السبت و الأجازات الرسمية. قد تختلف مدة التوصيل من منطقة إلى أخرى.

لا يوجد استرجاع او استبدال. 

 يتم شحن الاوردرات بدون بوكس، وفي حال رغبتك في إضافة بوكس، يمكنك اختيار إضافة بوكس بسعر إضافى خلال تأكيد الاوردر
